Roger Springer - (Guitar & Vocals)

Playing since the age of 10, over the years has amassed a wealth of experience, playing in many bands from Punk Rock / New wave to Melodic Rock Bands, and is experienced in Writing and Recording Music.  I am still trying to find my perfect guitar sound, I use many effects live " this is one of the main reasons why I use and experiment with guitar synthesis.  Biggest inspiration and all time hero is the incredible Mr Bill Nelson.

Mark Gould - (Drums and Percussion)

Experienced and solid drummer who plays with energy and power with ridiculous ease.

Kevin Kendall - (Bass Guitar & BVs)

Although not primarily a bass guitarist, Kevin has been playing with The Edwin Starr team since its formation, a seasoned professional and a welcomed addition to The Works. 

Mark Stinton -  (Vocals & Keys)

Singing and playing keyboards for many years; greatly influenced by all that is rock, the superbly imaginative and creative Thomas Dolby and the amazing vocal talents of Thomas Lang.

I can't remember a time when I wasn't using Roland equipment - it feels and plays just right.
